AlcoDigital Partnership

Ben Collins AlcoDigital Partnership

The Gadget Show Live, now in its seventh year, is an opportunity for brands big and small to showcase consumer electronics new to the market and for the latest developments and glimpses of ground-breaking products to be revealed. The show will be full to the brim of everything that is now, and UK company AlcoDigital is proud to announce they will be a part of it for the first time in 2015, bringing along with them their new partner, racing champion, bestselling author and former Stig, Ben Collins.

The show sees AlcoDigital and Ben launch the UK’s largest range of Breathalyzers, with no less than NINE models to choose from starting with the value-for-money AlcoDigital AL2500 Elite (just £39.95) up to the UK’s most accurate Personal Breathalyzer, the AlcoDigital 3000 (outright winner of the What Car? Breathalyzer test) which uses exactly the same sensor and technology as those used by the UK Police.

This brand new and exciting range of AlcoDigital Breathalyzers for both the consumer and Prosumer market also includes three models with click in, click out user-replaceable sensors – a feature unique to AlcoDigital, who are the only company in the UK to offer such devices (all other Breathalyzers have to be returned each year to the dealer for servicing).

Said Ben: “Partnering with AlcoDigital is a natural fit for me. Alongside my books I thoroughly enjoy my work as an inspirational speaker at schools and events, teaching others about driver safety. I am delighted to be working with a brand whose main goal is to make a difference to road safety in the UK.”

How To Drive

Driving is the most dangerous thing each of us does on a daily basis – and yet the average learner receives just eighteen hours’ training – less than a Starbucks barista.

In this inspirational, instructive, highly entertaining book, Ben Collins uses his super-charged experience of racing, stunt-work and cutting-edge scientific knowledge to tell you all of the things you didn’t learn on your test – and in the process will make your driving safer, more economical and a lot more enjoyable.

The skills described here, from skid control to gear changes that are as smooth as a cashmere codpiece, have been honed on racing tracks by the greatest drivers in the world. This is the stuff your instructor missed, your dad forgot and your mates pretend to know . . . but don’t. Packed with illustrations, gobsmacking driving anecdotes, humour and wisdom, this is the ultimate book for anyone who wants to be better at something they do every day of their life.

The world population of motor vehicles exceeded a billion a couple of years ago. Let’s make sure their owners understand how to use them.

Eye Respect

image

Eye Respect was born out of a desire to pay homage to the long and distinguished histories of English & Italian culture, style and standards of craftsmanship.

From our mutual obsessions with design and quality comes a harmonious understanding of “sprezzatura”; The effortless combination of style and attention to detail that are inherent in both cultures. This makes our approach to the personal aspects within our lifestyles refined and meaningful.

Referencing key landmarks in Anglo-Italian style, the collection is a reflection of the exacting standards both cultures embrace. From the traditional to the contemporary, with a strong heritage influence, Eye Respect collections attract a broad selection of both traditional professionals and sub-cultured tribes.

Eye Respect frames are designed by hand and manufactured by hand. Our designs are conceived in London in the artisinal way, and then head to the region of Veneto in Northern Italy to our family – owned workshop that has been producing the finest acetate frames for 50 years. Each frame goes through more than 60 crafted stages to achieve the style and quality that we respect, represent and embrace.

Eye Respect that!
